Self-esteem is your opinion of yourself. Everyone lacks confidence occasionally, but people with low self-esteem are unhappy or unsatisfied with themselves most of the time. It impacts your decision-making process, your relationships, your emotional health, and your overall well-being. It takes attention and daily practice to boost low self-esteem.
Through this group work, we are helping individuals to uplift their self-esteem through motivation and tools to introspect themselves, build self-awareness, and develop a healthy, optimistic view of themselves, understand their potential and may feel inspired to take on new challenges.

Healthy boundaries are necessary components for self-care. Boundaries are essential for both individuals in a relationship and the health of the relationship itself. Without boundaries, we feel depleted, taken advantage of, taken for granted, or intruded upon. Poor boundaries may lead to resentment, hurt, anger, and burnout in work or relationships. It can affect our sense of self-esteem, self-worth, and overall personal and interpersonal comfort level. Clear boundaries allow us to remain connected. Communicating these boundaries shows our respect for the relationship because we’re willing to work to ensure that the relationship stays strong and safe.
At Healthy Boundaries group, we help individuals identify these boundary violations and learn the required skills to develop healthy boundaries.
